Travel & Location Policy
Travel within 15 miles of York is included in your chosen package.
Locations beyond this radius are charged at £0.50 per mile (calculated as a round trip).
Sessions within York city centre may incur additional parking charges where applicable.
For locations further afield a custom travel quote will be provided at the time of booking.
Any required parking, toll, or access fees will be added to the final balance.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required on or before the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer only.
Images will not be delivered until full payment has been received and cleared.
