A lifelong passion captured
My journey into photography began at a young age, inspired by time spent experimenting with my great uncle’s camera. What started as curiosity soon grew into a lasting passion, especially after inheriting his camera which reinforced my passion for photography. I’m continually inspired by the ability to preserve moments and transform them into something meaningful and lasting. The appreciation for the final photograph and what it represents is what inspires everything I create at Ava Tapper Photography

My photography style is centred around creating a relaxed and comfortable experience, whatever the setting. Whether I’m photographing people, cats, food or events, my focus is on capturing natural moments and thoughtful details. From genuine expressions and quiet in-between moments to carefully styled food and characterful pet portraits, my work is about showcasing what makes each subject unique.
